This course is designed for you to learn how your hormone affects every cell in your body and play a key role in energy and metabolism. Each session contains research and clinical based information with practical strategies you can implement now to up-level your motivation, performance and energy.

There are 4 blocks with sessions up to 20-minutes in length: Menstrual 101, Nutrition in Rhythm, Exercise in Rhythm and Putting It All Together.
